Giraffe renovated this southern Ann Arbor home’s layout to enhance functionality for the family. We reconfigured the combined laundry and mud room into a more efficient space, featuring stacked appliances, a designated drop zone, plus counterspace and a sink, all accented by fresh cabinetry, tile, and wallpaper.
In the primary suite, the bedroom, bathroom, and closet were fully refreshed with custom cabinetry, updated furnishings, and new flooring throughout. A built-in sitting bench was added to relax and enjoy views of the rear yard.
The bath and closet transformed into a serene retreat using coastal tones and natural materials, highlighted by a white oak vanity and heated tile floors. To complete the aesthetic, a vibrant teal accent in the spacious shower provides a cohesive link to the overall design.
