Through collaborative sketching of layouts and elevations, we explore how your space can best serve your lifestyle. We harmonize your wish list with the architectural potential of your home and budget to ensure the path forward is both practical and beautiful.

Design concepts are deepened with detailed drawings and 3D renderings as selections and compositions are defined. Feedback throughout refines the design. We invite our trade partners to walk through the space, review technical details, and provide initial estimates.
design process : construction documents
As selections and details become more certain, we finalize technical plans that establish the basis of construction planning, pricing, scheduling, and initial permit submission. The Construction Service Agreement defines the scope of work, schedule, and investment to use as a roadmap for the work ahead.
Build Process
