How soon can you begin?

The design process varies widely, and we would establish construction timelines as design develops. We often book larger projects 1 to 2 years in advance, but sometimes smaller projects fit in between the larger jobs more quickly. It heavily depends on your project, the design timing, and available resources, which is an ever-changing dynamic.

What locations do you serve?

We focus our build efforts in the Ann Arbor area and Greater Washtenaw County.

How much do your services cost?

We don't have a set minimum project size, but most of our projects are at least $100K, unless it's a small phase of a larger project.

We currently live out of state, can we still begin design with you?

Absolutely! We have a proven track record of managing projects remotely for clients who remain out of state throughout the majority of the design and build process. Modern technology makes this a very successful collaboration.

What is your warranty?

3 year workmanship warranty and applicable manufacturer warranties.
