Connecting corridors suspend lightly over the channel, with thoughtful landscaping that evokes a creek bed flowing through the central open atrium, creating a sense that the home is both deeply rooted in and delicately hovering over the site.

Rip sawn oak brings a grounded, natural texture that plays against the clean lines of marble and steel. The custom millwork is intentionally designed to balance warmth and structure, creating a seamless blend of materials that feels both refined and lived-in.

Separate wings afford a sense of space, while full-length windows maintain easy visibility between the primary suite and children’s wing.
