A Skillful Blend of Old and New
Situated on a relatively tiny footprint, this house had grown much too small for its residents, a family of seven who did not
want to leave their Old West Side location. In a skillful blend of old and new, Giraffe successfully added 2500 square feet
to the existing space, while maintaining the charm of the original.
The complete remodel included a walk-out lower level, a kitchen, a dining room, two bedrooms, a master suite, a two-story
garage/workshop, and a deck with a spiral staircase.
